I understand that the worst part of your day is leaving your dog. Saying goodbye when you go to work or go out of town doesn’t have to be so tough once you get to know me. I absolutely love dog’s and gaurentee that I will provide your pup with whatever he/she needs to be happy and feel at home. If it’s just a walk I still make sure your dog is satisfied and happy anyway that I can. I have tons of experience and love my job. I also enjoy going on hiking adventures so let’s get creative and make a plan that exactly fits your dogs needs! I understand that some dogs require more than others. I can’t wait to meet your dog!

I have a large fenced in yard that the dogs can enjoy anytime they’d like. I do allow dogs on the furniture as they please unless advised otherwise. I try to have a good sense of how your pet is feeling throughout the day and do my best to make them happy as can be.

Matt took incredible care of our dog Paddington! We had come up to Lake Placid & Matt was able to watch him afternoons through evenings so we could have dinner in town. Paddington was taken on a long hike every day which he loved & we received lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to book with Matt as he’ll make sure your dog feels like they are on vacation too! By the 2nd day, Paddington was very happy to see Matt knowing that he would have a fun afternoon. Will absolutely book again next time we are in Lake Placid.
Matt was an amazing find. We came up to snowboard and needed someone to hangout with our lab while we were on the mountain. Matt went above and beyond - picked her up, sent cute photo updates, took her on hiking trails, was very communicative and easy. Highly recommend. Wish we lived closer so our dog could hang with him more!
Excellent dog sitter. Left marcy for the day so I could go do some high peaks. Matt was super flexible about the location to meet as well as the time we dropped her off and picked her up. He took her for a walk and took photos /gave updates so I wasnt worried about her. We were able to hike and grab a meal knowing that she was safe and well cared for. He will be our go to every time we are up in the area and need a pup free day. Thanks again Matt.

Matthew did a great job with our dog. He gave us the opportunity before hand to come over and let our dog play with Bridger to make sure that they got along and it would be a good fit. He has an area that is a part of his apt complex that is designated for dogs to play in, almost like a mini “dog park” (but without as many dogs), which is a great area for the dogs to get some play-time and get their energy out. His place was very clean and free of clutter, which made me feel at ease as I tend to get worried about our pup who eats everything he sees. He did a great job of sending updates and photos, and took very good care of our dog. Our pup came home happy and exhausted from all of the playtime with Bridger. I highly recommend Matt as a sitter!

I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. I’m a local fishing guide in the area. I will always make your pet my #1 priority.
