Matthew is such a sweet and total dog lover. He had a small sled dog team when he lived in a more remote location and they were well cared for and well socialized. He is active and will have no problem getting your pooch out for a good day of exercise. He is well versed in training and caring for a variety of dog personalities. I would feel very secure and comfortable leaving Matthew with my fur baby for any amount of time.

Birch is exceptional, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He has extensive experience with sled dogs and working breeds. He also is incredibly patient and gentle with senior pups. He was so kind and attentive with my older golden retriever, and equally skilled and capable with my young sled dog. His ability to read dogs, adapt to their needs, and provide both structure and compassion made it easy to fully trust him with my dogs.

Matthew is a highly experienced caretaker who I trust fully with my high needs dogs. He is intuitive with understanding the body language and needs of dogs in a group setting, navigating what could be high conflict scenarios seamlessly. I’ve seen him be both a great dog and cat owner and petsitter. He’s also clean and respectful in my home when pet sitting. Matthew is easy to communicate with and an all around great person—highly recommend!

Birch was great. I’m a very responsible pet caregiver myself and used to managing multiple dogs, so I don’t hand out trust easily, but I felt totally comfortable leaving my dogs with him. He was calm, attentive, and handled everything smoothly. He communicated well, made sure the dogs got good exercise, and paid attention to their individual needs. When I got back, my dogs were relaxed and happy, which says a lot. I’d absolutely book with Birch again and would recommend him without hesitation.
