Hello! My name is Matt, and I’m a devoted dog owner and caretaker with a passion for providing a safe and loving environment for your furry friends. I have two adorable pups of my own—an affectionate 13-year-old toy poodle (the boss) and an energetic 5-year-old doodle. They are both well-socialized and love making new friends, so your dog will feel right at home in our household! I work from home full-time, so I’m always available to give your pup plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. My home is equipped with a secure, fenced backyard where your dog can run, play, and explore in a safe environment. I understand that every dog is unique and has their own needs and routines. I’m committed to ensuring that your pet feels comfortable and happy while they’re with me. Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, or just lounging around, I’m here to provide the care and companionship your dog deserves. Matt was an excellent dog walker. I received pictures from his walk and my dog sat at the door waiting for him. When Matt got here the dog wiggled all over so excited to see him. I would highly recommend him, very personable, very professional and very kind to my dog.
This was our first time using Matt for an overnight for our dog Gino. Gino had the absolute best time! Not only did Matt send us updates and pics which made us feel so comfortable and happy knowing he was having fun, Gino loved Matt’s dogs Jax and Henry. (And so do we!) We are so lucky to have found Matt! Thank you for taking such good care of Gino! See you next week!
I was very scared having a complete stranger come to my home. Matt met with us and my girls. He is a complete gentleman, straight forward no BS. He did exactly what he said he would. Was on time walked them and I could not be happier. My girls were safe cared for a happy. A complete stress reliever knowing we could go away for a day and my girls were safe and sound. Matthew and his family were great hosts to our Welsh Terrier Winnie. She is an active dog with a lot of attitude. With their two dogs Henry and Jacks they were able to keep her running, walking, and content. We know our dog had a great time when she comes home spent, worn out, and sleeping for two days. Matthew sent pictures each day and Winnie had a blast. Two thumbs up and we will gladly use Matthew again..if he'll let our 17lb beast back in their home!
Matthew is an amazing host! My cocker spaniel snickers had an amazing time. I was sent pictures and videos daily with updates. His home is perfect for any dog and he is a wonderful pet owner himself. I highly recommend and will be using him again. 10/10!! —Christine L
Matt is wonderful! We used him in the past for dog walking/feeding while we were gone on day trips and most recently for boarding while we were away for the weekend and we received constant updates. The open communication was so wonderful and appreciated! Our pup even enjoyed making new friends at Matt’s home. We can’t wait to use him again. He is trust worthy, friendly and a true animal lover. I am so glad we found him!

Schedule
I work from home full-time which allows me ample time to care for your pup, including playtime, potty breaks, and cuddles. Both of my pups are very friendly and love making new friends.

I have a fenced yard, and two pups to keep your pet company. Both of my dogs are crate trained. I can provide a crate if need be for sleeping accommodations

A typical day
While I'm working my pups typically enjoy laying around being lazy, when it's nice out I'll leave the doggy door open for them to go in and out. At lunchtime, it's always a nice 1-mile walk along the Toms River. Throughout the days the ball is constantly being tossed around in the backyard.
