Experienced Dog Sitter
I am a former dog dads who will love and care for your dog as if your pup was my own. Because there are two of us (my husband and I), your fur baby will receive plenty of individual attention and will rarely be left alone. We provide long and frequent walks, lots of play time, and affection. My husband says I speak dog...I am really good at reading their needs. I've had a dog in the family ever since I was a kid (first a Miniature Collie and then a Rottweiler), and recently lost our own beloved Beagle-Vizla a few years ago. Ever since, I've been a regular dog sitter for a small terrier-Chihuahua mix who suffers from high anxiety. I love every dog and appreciate your consideration in taking care of yours!

Matthew was amazing for boarding my dog! He went above and beyond in terms of taking my dog out for walks, playtime, and to a Sniffspot. I have a high energy and reactive dog who requires a capable handler. Matthew definitely put in the time to make him comfortable and fulfill his needs. My dog is not typically very comfortable with strangers, but took a liking to Matthew immediately. Definitely recommend!

I have a very picky dog. She’s picky when it comes to people, food, treats, walks, sleep - pretty much everything. Matt is an absolute dream of a dog sitter because he patiently listened to all her needs and paid attention to them. My dog is now obsessed with Matt. She loves going on hikes with him and he’s done several overnights with her providing beautiful photos and thoughtful updates for me. He’s experienced with little dogs like mine and even gives her meds properly. I totally recommend matt if you need someone to care for and love your furry friend.

Schedule
I work from home and make my own schedule, and I'd be more than happy to spend that time taking care of your pup. With access to many parks and wide, quiet streets, that means plenty of lovely walks for your doggy.

Safety, trust & environment
I love sitting with your dog either in my lap or by my side. There are numerous parks a few blocks away. We also have a small patio backyard pergola and soil, so there's always a comfortable place for your baby to go to the bathroom and soak in the sun.
A typical day
I build pet itineraries around your dog's delights but they always include a lot of love and attention. Typically, long morning and evening walks, play time on our wall to wall carpet, and a hike or sniffspot on the weekends.
