I have a 5-year-old Golden Retriever who’s very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. I’ve gained experience caring for dogs through volunteering with the Dogs Trust and looking after other people's dogs! Me and my partner treat every dog as if they are our own, whether that’s providing walks, cuddles, playtime, or simply making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Can’t praise them enough! Our Winnie gets excited in the car on the way to stay with Matt, Ximena and Teddy.
Again, Matt and Ximena were superb. Bertie obviously loves staying with them and they are brilliant at keeping in touch with reports and pictures.
Winnie is genuinely excited to get to Matt and Ximena on her daycare mornings. She loves spending time with them. She’s getting the chance to spend time with other dogs and really benefits from the socialisation. I love the updates during the day and trust Matt and Ximena 100% with Winnie. Grateful to have found them!

Matt and Ximena were really excellent. My dog Bertie was superbly looked after, and Matt sent me lovely pictures of him with their own dog, Teddy, with whom Bertie got on extremely well. I have no hesitations at all in recommending Matt and Ximena, nor would I hesitate to ask them to care for Bertie again.
Matt and Ximena are absolutely amazing! They work perfectly as a team and are absolutely dedicated to get to know and understand your dog. Teddy, their handsome golden retriever is such a sweet-heart and a dream company for any dog. It was Salty's first stay with them and second stay away from us in 4.5 years of his entire life. Upon meeting Matt and Ximena, I felt very comfortable for them to look after Salty. They are very calm, kind and nurturing people, with intuitive focus on dogs' both physical and emotional wellbeing based on solid knowledge foundation of dogs psycology and behaviour. They were very attentive to all Salty's needs, habits and quirks and worked hard to ensure his seamless integration into their routine. Salty was lucky to get two walks in one day with one of them being an hour long walk in a beautiful green field - a super safe location, away from the road and with plenty sniffing-around to be done. I received multiple videos and photos through the day which made me feel reassured and put a smile on my face, seing my gorgeous boy having so much fun. Salty is having another over-night stay with Matt, Ximena and Teddy in a few days and then, hopefully a longer stay to give us an opportunity to go away. I am genuinely excited for Salty to stay there again. I need to travel all the way from Wimborne, but it's absolutely worth it for us, knowing that Salty is safe, happy and is being looked after as if he is their own. Thank you very much guys! 💖

We live in a quiet street, away from busy roads. The garden is completely fenced in with 24hr CCTV. We live close to beautiful fields, perfect for dog walks.

A typical day
This will depend on your dogs needs. First and foremost it's important to allow them feel comfortable and safe in a new environment. Following this, let's stretch our legs! It could be a great walk with lots of exercise and adventure or a slower paced sensory/scent walk to allow them to explore at their pace with their nose! We're happy to help train them on the lead or work on their recall, jump in a river to support them with their swimming, or just chill and watch their favourite TV show ❤️
