Most of the time I will have my dog Teddy. He's very loving and friendly, so it's important that your dog gets on well with other dogs.
A typical day
This will depend on your dogs needs. First and foremost it's important to allow them feel comfortable and safe in a new environment. Following this, let's stretch our legs! It could be a great walk with lots of exercise and adventure or a slower paced sensory/scent walk to allow them to explore at their pace with their nose! We're happy to help train them on the lead or work on their recall, jump in a river to support them with their swimming, or just chill and watch their favourite TV show ❤️

Pet care experience
I have a 5-year-old Golden Retriever who’s very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. I’ve gained experience caring for dogs through volunteering with the Dogs Trust and looking after other people's dogs! Me and my partner treat every dog as if they are our own, whether that’s providing walks, cuddles, playtime, or simply making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Can’t praise them enough! Our Winnie gets excited in the car on the way to stay with Matt, Ximena and Teddy.
Again, Matt and Ximena were superb. Bertie obviously loves staying with them and they are brilliant at keeping in touch with reports and pictures.
Winnie is genuinely excited to get to Matt and Ximena on her daycare mornings. She loves spending time with them. She’s getting the chance to spend time with other dogs and really benefits from the socialisation. I love the updates during the day and trust Matt and Ximena 100% with Winnie.
