We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Matt! He looked after our dog Nellie for a week, and from start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. Matt was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with Nellie, taking the time to make sure she felt comfortable, settled, and happy throughout her stay. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her wellbeing and treated her as if she were his own. One thing we especially appreciated was how regularly Matt kept us updated. He frequently sent us photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Seeing Nellie happy, relaxed, and enjoying herself made all the difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip knowing she was in such good hands.
