I've worked for a dog boarding company in Sammamish WA called Happy Hound Hotel, which has now closed, for 5 years part time. Getting to work with dogs that were regulars was really a treat, and I continue to care for some prior Happy Hound clients.

Having worked as a veterinarian assistant and as a handler at a dog boarding and daycare facility, I am very comfortable around all sorts of pets young and old. Different pets need different levels of care so we will discuss any existing conditions or concerns that your pet has or special care that they require; in addition contact information for your local vet and emergency vet is a must in case of emergency.

This was our first time using Rover and Matt made it a great experience. He cared for our big dog, watched our house, and took care of our plants. Matt was easy to communicate with and sent us some great pics of our pup. We will use him again.

Matt was great! We introduced him to our two dogs (one elder with extra needs and medication, one younger and pokier), and he was completely unworried. That helped us not worry very much while we were gone. We got regular updates with pictures/videos and came home to a clean house.
