Matt and his family were wonderful from initial booking all the way through to the end of the sitting. When I dropped Max off I instantly felt like I was dropping him off at an old friends house. Matt sent updates the whole time I was away and Max loved his time there! He came home suitable tired and well loved which is exactly what you want from a great dog sitter! I would recommend Matt to anyone needing a dog sitter and will 100% be using him in the future.
Archie our 8 yr old cockapoo and Ziggy our 1 yr old rescue beagle cross have just enjoyed their first overnighter with Matt. All very calm, no dramas and the boys took to Matt and his family very easily. Lovely genuine dog people and great to have found someone local that we can use without any stress or worry. The boys are now looking forward to their 16 night stay next month.
I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. He and his family took wonderful care of my dog, Donny, and clearly enjoyed having him stay with them. From the moment I left him, I felt completely confident that Donny would be loved and well looked after. Their home is spotless and welcoming, and Matt kept me regularly updated with photos, which was so reassuring. When I went to collect Donny, he was still leaning against Matt for attention — which told me everything I needed to know about how happy and settled he’d been there. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Donny with Matt again. An absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend Matt; I felt very confident letting him look after our dog Eric. Matt provides a professional friendly service; and our dog Eric absolutely loved him. Great communications and everything went smoothly from the pick up and drop off; and receiving photos which was very reassuring. Thankyou Matt will Def book again.

Schedule
I run a professional dog walking and pet care business as my full-time career, meaning your dog’s care is my sole focus. I am not balancing this alongside remote or office-based work—when your dog is with me, they receive 100% of my attention, care, and supervision at all times. Every dog in our care enjoys enriching, sensory-led walks across some of Maidenhead’s most beautiful and dog-friendly locations. Our regular routes include the Thames Path, the Maidenhead to Cookham trail, National Trust woodland walks, and other local hidden gems. Walks typically last around an hour, though both duration and pace are always tailored to suit your dog’s individual needs. Whether your dog prefers a calm, gentle stroll or a more energetic adventure, their walk is designed entirely around them. We also believe that maintaining familiar routines is key to a dog’s comfort and wellbeing. We take the time to understand your dog’s home schedule, habits, and preferences so their time with us feels relaxed and reassuring. From favourite toys and feeding times to bedtime rituals and individual quirks, no detail is too small when it comes to providing thoughtful, consistent care.

A typical day
Exploring local park and dog friendly nature trails for exciting walks and hikes. Fresh air and new sights and smells make for a stimulating outing. Engaging in interactive play sessions with toys such as balls, frisbees, tug-of-war ropes, and puzzle toys to keep dogs mentally and physically stimulated, or just providing quiet moments for relaxation, whether it's lounging in a cozy spot or enjoying some sun on the grass.
