Hi, I'm a caring and responsible dog carer having had dogs in the family all my life. I have experience of all shapes and sizes, including nervous dogs and rescue dogs. I also have experience of looking after elderly dogs with health issues. A complete dog-lover, I particularly enjoy the initial getting-to-know-you stage of gaining a new dog's trust, and giving them the human interaction they need to thrive. I also love dog-walking, whatever the weather! I have also done volunteer dog walking for a local rescue centre. I am licenced with Hull City Council and insured. Barney had a great day stay with Matt - Matt was super friendly and accommodating of Barney (an older pup with poor eye sight and hearing!) and made us feel totally relaxed leaving him with him. Matt kept us up to date with pictures through the day which was lovely. Will definitely be taking Barney back, thanks Matt!

Rupert had his first stay with Matt and was visibly very happy on collection. He’d had a brilliant time. Matt kept me updated throughout his stay. Matt is a trustworthy, reliable professional sitter who really loves dogs. Rupert will definitely be going back for another stay with Matt soon.
Would recommend Matt - daisy seemed very happy and she was certainly well looked after. Will definately use Matt again and hopefully he will be happy for Daisy to stay? Great service.

Schedule
Dog day care, boarding & walking is my only job so the dogs i look after have my full attention whenever required. Anything else I do fits around this. Please note I have one or two regular daycare dogs most weekdays, for this reason I can only accept bookings for dogs who are friendly with other dogs and comfortable being around other dogs in a home environment. For Dog walking or Drop-in visits please note rates quoted are valid for HU7 HU8 HU9 areas. A mileage surcharge may apply for other postcode areas

Safety, trust & environment
I have a detached house with plenty of room to accomodate the dogs I look after. The rear garden is a reasonable size, fully secure and safe.
A typical day
I will plan the day according to your dog's needs. Your dog can have the run of all downstairs areas including the conservatory. The back garden is fenced and secure. There is a large field for walks less than a minute away.
