Each pet has its own "vibe" in my opinion. Prior to caring for your pet, I would ask some questions to help me better understand THEM and their needs. When it is time to take care of them, I would do my best to ensure that they know I'm safe and simply want to be their buddy. Some pets aren't so trusting at first (grew up with a Black Lab like this), so it may take time....and that is perfectly okay. My goal is not to overload them, and let them warm up to me at their own pace.

Please let me know any special needs, allergies, etc. that your dog may have. I will want to make sure I understand them prior to my visit in an effort to give them the best care possible.

I love to help your dog have fun by playing the games they love. Fetch, hide-and-seek, tug-o-war, etc. Anything that will help stimulate their mind, and also get some fitness.

I've taken care of dogs both large and small breed since I was a kid for myself as well as other family members. Beyond dogs, I grew up raising cattle and have had various small animal pets as well. Currently have a Black Lab (Cruz), who is a gentle giant.

Matt is the best thing to happen to Eaton Rapids if you need a pet sitter! He watched my furbaby, Caramel, and played with her and pet her and even gave her treats! She was purring a pretty song for him before he left! He even offered to water my garden while I was gone, but with all the rain we got, it wasn't necessary. I can't express in words how much I recommend him if you are in need of a furbaby sitter! You can really tell he loves pets! He gives thorough reports after each visit with pictures to ease a worried owner's mind. Highly recommend!
Matt is really great with our furbabies. We were worried leaving them home, but he sent texts and pictures letting us know they were alright which eased our minds tremendously. He was gentle and kind to our challenging furbabies. I will definitely call on Matt to watch our babies again and would highly recommend him to anyone!
Matt is an amazing dog sitter! It's clear that he is a dog lover and has lots of experience. You definitely don't need to worry about your fur baby because he will love on them & give them the attention they need while you're away!
