I have had at least one dog my entire life, so over 20 years. I have experience with puppies who were just born, all the way to a pup who is 17 years old - almost as old as me! I have owned multiple dogs at a time, trained my own puppies, and have even had farm animals (cows, pigs, goats, chickens, you name it!) My family and friends have relied on me to care for their pups for years, and I have experience with over 20 breeds including (Shih Tzus, Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, English Bulldogs, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherds, Mountain Curs, Golden Doodles, Golden Retrievers, Doberman Pinchers, and many more!)

Safety, trust & environment
Prior to taking care of your pup, I love for them to get familiar with me, so I will take the on a walk or play with them first. I do not offer overnight services in my personal home, but will visit your home so that your sweet pup (or cat!) feels safe and very familiar with its surroundings. I have found that relocating your pup to a place they have never been can make them very nervous, therefore I simply visit your home where your pup is at the times that you typically feed/water, and take out your pup on a normal basis!

For those who are in search of a dog walker that not only is a natural dog lover but a genuine person with integrity that you can trust in your home Matilee from my experience seems to have that animal attractant feature meaning all animals seem to be attracted to and love her. she also takes her time and is truly invested in making sure the pet is well handled and taken care of.
Matilee watched my 4-month-old puppy. She was so flexible with times of drop off and pick up. Matilee provided me with updates and pictures of Sadie! Sadie always loved to see Matilee! She took Sadie on several walks and adventures. She knew those were Sadie's favorite things!! Over everything, Matilee was so good to Sadie and very cost-efficient!
To say Matilee is trustworthy and dependable would be an understatement. Our dog Copper LOVES Matilee and the nice neighborhood walkies and park visits they spend together! Matilee is extremely responsive and always someone we can count on in a pinch. She’s a great walker, watcher, pal, and quick bowl refiller! We would highly recommend Matilee to anyone looking for a consistent dog walker or pet sitter.
Matilee is super nice and trustworthy. She always gets to my pup murphy right on time and he loves his walks with her. She sends photos and a little report of the walk. I have a better work day knowing my puppy is in good hands. I highly recommend her!
Matilee is great with our three dogs! Always on time, great communication and the pups love walking with her. She’s very patient with our 17 year old senior pup and keeps up with our two year old pups who of course want to go out and explore all around the neighborhood! Don’t hesitate to give her a call!

Schedule
I am a 23 year old newly married, dog loving girl! I have a 5 year old English bulldog of my own and her and I are the best buddies! I can assure you, your pup will be just as loved as if it was my own. I absolutely love walking dogs and taking them to the dog park (two of my faves) or simply just playing in the yard.
