I have grown up with family pets, including wonderful Cocker Spaniels, so have plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I have also helped friends and family with their pets, from walks to feeding and playtime. I am happiest outdoors and love walking, and I am lucky enough to live near some beautiful routes that are perfect for exercise and adventure. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and well cared for!

Our dog is beyond happy with his vacations at Matilda’s. In fact, he can’t wait to go back. It’s a home away from home, we have complete confidence in Matilda to take care of Rackham and keep him feeling happy and safe.

Matilda loves dogs! My daughter has grown up with our cocker spaniels and little cat Psion. She has always had such a natural connection with them. She’s gentle, patient, and full of love for dogs. They always seem to respond so well to her calm, caring nature. She’s responsible and reliable too — I’ve seen firsthand how devoted she is to making sure the dogs felt happy and secure. Any dog would be lucky to have her as a sitter.
To whom it may concern. Matilda is a very trustworthy ,honest ,caring and kind person. She would be excellent in this position of pet sitting. She has had plenty of experience with family dogs and a cat too. As a child and into her teenage years she also rode and cared for horses. I would highly recommend her as a trustworthy person.

Milly is a kind, caring and trustworthy person. She looked after my cat for 1 week and did a great job. Milly followed all instructions and gave my cat lots of fuss and attention. She sent regular photo updates and kept the cats food area clean and tidy. I would recommend Milly to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care for their pet.

Schedule
I work from home during the week and have flexibility to make time for a morning and afternoon/evening walk each day. For boarding and day care, your dog will always have company throughout the day, including playtime and cuddles! My partner also works at home a couple of days a week too.

Let me know your dogs usual routine and preferences and I am happy to follow your instruction to help them feel settled and cared for. We have a fenced garden that your dog can make use of.
A typical day
I like to get to know each pet’s favorite activities! Whether that’s long walks, fetch, playing with toys, or cuddles and attention, I make sure they get the right mix of exercise, mental stimulation and love. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, entertained and cared for.
