Mathilde has looked after Noa a few times now and we are so grateful to her. She is very diligent, giving us updates and letting us know everything that happened whilst she walked her and looked after her. I have found her to be consistently trustworthy and professional.

This is general feedback based on all bookings over the past 2 months. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. After walks, my puppy Milo’s leash pulling became worse, and the specific training commands I had clearly asked to be used were not followed. This caused confusion and meant I had to retrain Milo at home for some basics commands. There were also issues I wanted to address with a proper phone briefing, especially as my puppy was unwell and had different care instructions for evening bookings. Despite having plenty of notice, the walker did not make time to speak with me and only gave me a very brief call during which she seemed distracted. Because I didn’t feel confident my instructions were being heard, I cancelled the booking. Updates after walks also became very vague. Overall, I did not feel my puppy’s needs or my concerns were taken seriously.

Mathilde was great- very punctual and took my dog for a lovely long walk! Noa is high energy and Mathilde managed her very well, will rebook for sure!
