Pet care experience
Experienced Pet Care in NYC
I’m a huge animal lover have experience taking care of both dogs and cats of many sizes and breeds. I grew up with very large dogs (Newfoundlands and Great Danes) and have experience handling large and energetic dogs. I am also very experienced in bathing dogs, both small and very large. I have experience administering medication to dogs and caring for older dogs and dogs with special health needs. I have experience in taking care of cats, including senior cats, cats with special health needs, and aggressive cats. I am also experienced in administering medication to cats, including subcutaneous fluids. I currently located in lower Manhattan and have previously served the Montréal and NYC metro areas. Every pet needs its own specialized care, and I love giving animals whatever they need, whether it’s lots of activity and play or just being a lap to nap on. I am very attentive to needs for feeding and medication. You can expect lots of pictures from me of your pet!

Mathilda is incredibly reliable, accommodating, responsive and caring. Nugget loves Mathilda looking after her, definitely my go-to sitter in the City. If you want someone who truly loves and enjoys spending time with your furry friend and gives you the peace of mind that you are looking for during your time away, Mathilda should be your first choice. Thanks Mathilda!

Schedule
I am working on starting my career after undergrad. My schedule is very flexible, and pet care easily fits into my routine. I have worked in pet care through my undergrad studies.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsMathilda can host up to 1 drop-in per day
- Please let me know if a dog has any medical issues, so I know if I can provide the proper care for your pet. I would like to know if a dog is not yet house-trained or if there are any behavioral issues that I should be aware of.
