Mateo did an incredible job. Kept us updated on how our dogs were doing all weekend and I knew they were in great hands!
We want to send a Texas-sized thank you to Mateo who took amazing care of our pets. We had been without a pet sitter when our previous one sold their company. We’re so happy to find Mateo who took excellent care of our very senior dog who takes medication and requires extra care that comes with being 15 years old. His communication and professionalism was awesome while we were away. Our cat really makes Mateo as well and she’s not as eager to make new friends.
Mateo was great right from the meet and greet. He is very personable and you can tell he enjoys spending time with animals. He was prompt, communicative, sent pictures multiple times daily, and kept me informed during the entire stay. Ziggy, Shelby Ann and Bear are looking forward to spending 2 weeks with him again later this month. Highly recommend.
