Matan is a pro. The key handoff was seamless, my cat warmed to him quickly, and he kept me fed with plenty of photos and updates while I was away. He was also great about following the food, water, and litter instructions I gave him. I would rebook him in a heartbeat. Thanks Matan :)

We had a great experience with Matan and felt very comfortable leaving Mella and Winnie in his care. Both of our girls are quite shy, and Matan was very patient and intentional with them from the beginning, giving them the space to approach him on their own rather than forcing interaction. It was clear that he has a lot of experience with dogs and understands their different personalities and boundaries. He sent us frequent updates throughout our vacation, which really helped us relax knowing our girls were happy and well taken care of. Communication with him was always straightforward and easy. When we came home, both dogs seemed happy and well, and our apartment was left clean and tidy. We’d happily have Matan take care of Mella and Winnie again!

Matan was friendly and clearly affectionate with Mochi, and he sent some lovely photos during the booking. However, there were significant issues with reliability and communication. I booked and paid for one-hour visits, but discovered that some visits had lasted only around 15 minutes. He also arrived much later than the agreed window on multiple days without notifying me beforehand, leaving me worried while I was away. When I raised my concerns, Matan apologized sincerely, acknowledged that he had misunderstood the visit length, offered a refund for the shortened visits, and committed to spending the full hour with Mochi for the remaining days. I appreciated that he took responsibility and tried to make things right. Mochi appeared comfortable with him, but clearer communication and closer attention to the booking details would have prevented a stressful situation.

Since we met Matan, we’ve felt so relieved knowing Enzo was staying with him. He has such a nice energy around dogs 🧡 He kept us updated with photos of Enzo while we were away, and we would absolutely trust him with Enzo again anytime we have to be out of town!

This was the third time I booked Matan to stay with my cat. As before, I found him to be consistent and reliable. He quickly established a good relationship with Jelly, who always seems content and relaxed when I return home. Also, my apartment looked great and nearly spotless when I got back. I highly recommend this cat Matan!

Matan is a great cat sitter. He was good to our dear Pixel every day and had a good communication every day with pictures and details about our cat. Thanks for those 3 weeks Matan.
