I cannot recommend Mason highly enough. He looked after my two cats, Mochi and Ash, while I was away on a work trip and absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Mason communicated clearly, respectfully, and with a real sense of care and responsibility. He made sure to understand every detail of their routines and preferences and then followed through with precision and heart. Each visit update was thorough, thoughtful, and gave me total peace of mind. Mason’s love for animals is obvious, but what truly sets him apart is the deep respect he has for both the pets and their people. Mochi, who can be shy with strangers, was curled up beside him by day two. Ash was equally content. Mason is dependable, kind, and operates with a level of integrity that’s hard to find. He’s not just a pet sitter. He’s a trusted caretaker, someone I feel grateful to have found. I’ll book him again without question, and I encourage anyone else reading this to do the same. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Cleo! Communication was great from start to finish, and I felt totally comfortable leaving her in their care.
