Pet care experience
PawsitivePetSittingYouCanCountOn
I grew up with dogs and had them through my life so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, I’ve had experience with different breeds, ages, and personalities—from playful puppies to older dogs who need a gentler touch. What sets me apart is the patience, consistency, and love I bring to every pet I care for. I know how important it is to stick to routines, read a dog’s body language, and make them feel safe and comfortable. Whether it’s extra energy for long walks, calm reassurance for shy pets, or special attention for seniors, I treat each dog like a member of my own family.

Ratings and reviews
Maryse took great care of Mocha! We got updates and pictures throughout the weekend. We could tell Mocha was well loved and taken care of. We will definitely be reaching out again for future trips!

Maryse was a great sitter for our sweet dog. She was very communicative throughout the stay and provided updates/photos. I am sure our dog enjoyed her stay. We highly recommend Maryse!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I start and end my days with walks, playtime, and cuddle sessions, which keeps both the pets and me happy and active. On weekends, I enjoy longer walks, park visits, and extra time outdoors. I genuinely love animals so this means your pet will always get plenty of attention, love, and care built right into my schedule.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I create a calm and pet-friendly environment where animals can feel comfortable, loved, and secure. I make sure routines like feeding, walks, and playtime are consistent so pets feel at ease. I like to text pictures and updates to pet owners to show them how their pets are doing.
A typical day
Go out first thing in the morning for a quick walk. Go on car rides, play time at the park, cuddles and a nice long walk after dinner. I like to go to the lake or on hikes on weekends.

- Before I watch your pet, it’s helpful to know their daily routine (feeding times, potty/walk schedule, and sleep habits), any health needs (medications, allergies, or vet info), and their personality (fears, favorite toys, or comfort items). Please also share house rules (like furniture or treat limits), leash/crate instructions, and any signs of stress I should watch for. That way I can keep them safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away.
