Five stars don't feel like enough for Maryna! Leaving Nova (my nervous, sensitive girl) in someone else's care is genuinely one of the most stressful things I do. But from the moment Maryna arrived, it was clear Nova was in the best possible hands. She sent multiple updates and photos every single day, and watching Nova go from her usual anxious self to visibly happy and relaxed in Maryna's company was the greatest gift I could have asked for. My home was treated with the same level of care and respect she gave Nova. My plants were watered and thriving, and I came back to a spotless house - which, honestly, I did not expect and was so touched by. It felt like she genuinely cared about leaving things better than she found them. Maryna is the kind of pet sitter who brings both professionalism and real warmth to what she does. We are extremely grateful to Maryna—Football was very well taken care of. We were quite anxious beforehand because we were leaving Canada for two weeks. Football has separation anxiety, a sensitive stomach, and doesn’t get along well with other dogs, so we were worried he would be difficult to look after. However, Maryna far exceeded our expectations. She followed all of our instructions carefully—putting shoes and clothes on Football every time they went out, playing with him, avoiding unsafe toys, and even giving him a bath before we returned. What reassured us the most was receiving A LOT OF photos and videos every morning and evening, where we could see that Football was relaxed and happy. We will definitely choose Maryna again next time!
