One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos and updates to owners while they're away. I know how reassuring it is to see that your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for when you can't be there. I genuinely love working with animals of all kinds. Over the past 10 years, I've cared for cats, dogs, birds, lizards, chickens, and many other pets. Animals bring so much joy to the world, and I believe they deserve attentive, compassionate care. I'm known for being reliable, flexible, and easy to work with—whether I'm helping friends, family, or new clients I've just met. Because every pet has unique needs, I take the time to learn their routines, personalities, and preferences. I also have extensive experience administering medications and caring for pets with special requirements. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your beloved companion is safe, happy, and receiving the same level of care and attention that I would give my own pets. I would love the opportunity to help care for your furry, feathered, or scaly family member.

I believe the best pet care starts with following the guidance provided by pet owners. They know their pets best and understand their individual needs, routines, and personalities. One thing I've learned over the years is that every animal is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to caring for them. I also place a strong emphasis on observation and communication. When I first meet a pet, I take time to learn their normal behaviors and establish a baseline for how they typically act. If I notice anything that seems unusual or out of character, I promptly reach out to the owner to keep them informed. Clear, timely communication helps ensure the best possible care and provides peace of mind for pet owners. Above all, my goal is to create a safe, trusting, and compassionate environment where pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.

Schedule
I currently work full time as an office manager in the Roseville area, but I have a flexible and consistent schedule that allows me to support pet care needs throughout the day. I’m able to step out during my lunch breaks for potty visits, check-ins, or to administer medications when needed. My routine is well-structured, which helps me reliably accommodate most scheduling requests and provide consistent care. I understand how important timely visits and dependable support are for both pets and their owners, and I do my best to ensure that each visit is handled with care and attention.

- It’s always helpful for me to understand a dog’s level of training so I can set appropriate and realistic expectations for their care. This allows me to tailor my approach to each individual animal and their unique needs. I also do my best to maintain consistency with their normal routines, including where they eat, sleep, and spend their time, as well as their usual activities. I believe that keeping a familiar structure in place helps reduce stress and supports a smoother experience while their owner is away.
