My dog suffered a bite injury during his stay. We were not notified until we asked about this injury, which is the day he was picked up. Our dog ended up in the ER for treatment due to an abscess that formed from the bite wound.
Over $600 for boarding, and my dog was super filthy when we picked him up. This is something I should’ve been understanding about, but his injury to his eye in his ear are unacceptable. I board my pet to be a sparing partner and a punching bag for another dog. He’s got a never scratch or bite on his eye. That’s about three or 4 inches long. What happened with the other dog just missed his eye being taken out. I think Rover should think twice before using this person in their system again. Once I graded it one star performance, Rover doesn’t seem to let me do anything else with the review.
It was great space for my dog. I appreciated the care they gave him. Highly recommended. Thank you
