Over $600 for boarding, and my dog was super filthy when we picked him up. This is something I should’ve been understanding about, but his injury to his eye in his ear are unacceptable. I board my pet to be a sparing partner and a punching bag for another dog. He’s got a never scratch or bite on his eye. That’s about three or 4 inches long. What happened with the other dog just missed his eye being taken out. I think Rover should think twice before using this person in their system again. Once I graded it one star performance, Rover doesn’t seem to let me do anything else with the review.
