Hello there! My name is Maryellen and I am here to help! I love dogs of all kinds and sizes, as well as reptiles, cats, and everything in-between. I have taken care of animals since I was very young and started dog walking at 14. One thing that sets me apart from many other sitters or dog walkers, is that I truly do appreciate all animals no matter how high maintenance or energized the animal is. Just like some animals, I never get tired which can help for your animals to get the play time and exercise they need. Additionally, pet care is something I don’t see as a job but as a hobby. I would love to help walk your animals, take care of their needs, or just play with them. You just let me know what you need :) If you have any questions I can answer for you, let me know!

Safety, trust & environment
Whatever is needed for your pet to feel safe is what I do. Whether it is to be held during thunder storms, crated at night, watched closely in the backyard, walked on non busy streets, etc. I am always keeping an eye out and happy to do what is asked of me.

Maryellen is amazing! Very professional and kind. It’s a little nerve wracking leaving your beloved pets with someone you are unfamiliar with and don’t know. But Mell couldn’t have put us more at ease. She is timely, considerate to all the little nuances of all three of our pups. She showed kindness towards us and was very loving to our pets. She pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond. We are grateful to have found her and look forward to booking care for our pups with her again.
Maryellen did amazing! We got so many updates and I felt so at ease being out of town and having her watch our dog. We’d absolutely hire her again!

Our dogs are always very happy to see her. Before MaryEllen Bentley would be depressed and refuse to eat until our return. Now, they don’t seem to miss us to much. So we are all very pleased with all the attention she gives them..

Schedule
I have been working on starting my own pet sitting and dog walking business so I currently have plenty of free time and lot’s of love to give!
