Availability

I work from home, which means I’m available throughout the day for potty breaks, walks, and plenty of attention. In the evenings and on weekends, my two kids are eager to play, snuggle, and provide even more love and entertainment. I keep a calm but fun home, and your pup will always be part of the action (or relaxation — whatever they prefer!).

Information MaryBeth S. would like to know about your pet

Before your dog stays with me, it’s helpful to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any quirks or preferences they have — like favorite toys, sleeping habits, or if they’re nervous around other dogs. Please let me know about any medical needs, allergies, or behavioral concerns (like separation anxiety or reactivity) so I can make sure your pup is safe and comfortable. I also want to stick to your house rules as best we can, so let me know if your dog is allowed on furniture, needs to be crated, or has specific training cues you use. The more I know, the better I can make your dog feel at home!

A typical day

A typical day in our home starts with a morning potty break and a stroll through our scent-filled neighborhood — lots of good sniffs to explore! Throughout the day, your pup will enjoy regular potty breaks, playtime, and walks while I work from home. Weather permitting, we often visit our neighborhood dog park for some extra exercise and socialization. In the evenings, your dog can look forward to attention and playtime from my two kids, followed by snuggles and a calm wind-down routine. If your pup is high-energy or prefers a cozy corner, we adjust to their needs and keep their tail wagging all day long.

Loving Family with Foster Exp

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m MaryBeth — a lifelong dog lover with over 10 years of experience as a pet owner and 2 years experience as a short-term foster parent for dogs of all types and ages through Animal Care and Control. Our home is full of love, play, and belly rubs — and my two kids (ages 8 and 11) are just as obsessed with dogs as I am. If your pup loves snuggles on the couch, long walks, or just a calm and caring environment, I’ll make them feel like part of the family. I know how much your dog means to you, and I’m committed to keeping them safe, happy, and well-loved while you’re away.

MaryBeth was great. She was always super responsive and sent updates/pictures often. She offered a meet and greet as well to make sure everyone was comfortable before Alex's stay.

MaryBeth is so kind and gentle with my pup. My dog had surgery and I needed someone to watch him while I worked. MaryBeth kept me updated with photos and texts on how my little guy was doing. He was so relaxed in their home!
