I am the owner of Mindsett Paws, my pet care business dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and personalized care for dogs and cats. In addition to running my own pet care business, I have worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for the past year, where I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. This experience has taught me how to safely manage group play, recognize canine body language, administer medications when needed, and ensure pets are comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, high-energy breeds, and dogs that may need a little extra patience and reassurance. Whether your pet loves adventures, playtime, snuggles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I tailor my care to their individual needs. As a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family member. My goal is to provide the same level of care, communication, and attention that I would want for my own pets. You can expect regular updates, photos, and peace of mind while you’re away. I am also a veteran, dependable, and detail-oriented, and I take great pride in creating a safe, loving environment for every pet in my care.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Whether I am caring for your pet in my home or yours, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel relaxed and secure. In my home, pets are treated like family. I provide a clean, safe, and supervised environment with plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, enrichment, and affection. I carefully introduce dogs when appropriate, monitor interactions, and never leave pets unattended in situations that could compromise their safety. I follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, and any special care requirements provided by the owner. For drop-in visits and walks, I treat every client’s home with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. I ensure pets have fresh water, meals, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and companionship while you’re away. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and well-being and will communicate any concerns immediately. As a pet care professional and dog daycare employee, I have experience recognizing canine body language, monitoring group interactions, and creating positive experiences for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My goal is simple: to provide dependable, trustworthy care and make every pet feel comfortable, safe, and at home.

MaryBeth was great with Scooter, he got all the attention that we give him at home. He loved his time there and became besties with her dogs. (and maybe the cat?) He was very tired when we got home zzzzz. Would definitely book again if she'll have him!

Schedule
Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. As the owner of Mindsett Paws and someone who has worked professionally in dog daycare and boarding, caring for animals has become a regular part of my lifestyle, not just a side job. My schedule allows me flexibility throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I am an active person who enjoys spending time outdoors, so dogs in my care receive plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. At home, my family and I have friendly, well-socialized dogs of our own, so our days are already centered around pet care, routines, and creating a safe, comfortable environment for animals. Whether your pet is staying overnight, stopping by for daycare, or needs a drop-in visit, I work hard to maintain their normal routine and make them feel right at home. I also prioritize communication and provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident and connected while they’re away.
