Safety, trust & environment

I thoroughly follow instructions for your pet, and the safety of you’re home. I understand that some dogs are timid, and that some dogs are reactive on walks. I will be sure to make my time with you’re pup comfortable and enjoyable for both of us.

Information Mary W. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if you’re dog has any special needs so I can accommodate. I would like to know if you’re pet is known to show distress, fear, reactive, or possessive tendency's to anything. Such as not allowing you near their crate or food/toys.

A typical day

I love to let dogs enjoy their walks. When I walk dogs I let them do dog stuff! Such as take as much time as they want to sniff around, explore diffrent things, and stop for breaks. I love mental stimulation as well. I will often create games for you’re pup such as ‘find it’ or I will make snuffle matt’s. This is great for working dogs and dogs that are older and can’t run around as much, but still need that mental stimulation.

Pet care experience

Growing up on a farm I understand the connection animals give us. We had at least 3 dogs around us constantly. Their care and comfort is my number one priority. I have experience with reactive and timid dogs. As a young teenager I did 4H with my boarder collie. We competed in agility, rally’s, and basic obedience. My GSD and I worked through his reactivity to other dogs and people. I personally trained him to be the best boy he can be, and he earned his K9 good citizen. I love all types of personality’s, from teething puppies to seniors who just need some company. I excel in dog training, I love a good challenge.

Mary takes great care of my girls. Bonnie has anxiety and still felt comfortable enough with Mary to be playful with my other dog

Mary did an amazing job for us! Great communication, plenty of updates and pictures. Not only did she take care of our boy she also tended to our baby chicks! She also took very good care of our home. We hope she will agree to stay with Murphy again in the future.
