I follow each pet’s established routine closely including feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate time, and any house-specific rules. Safety is a major focus in everything I do. On walks, I use secure leashes/harnesses as directed, stay attentive to surroundings, avoid unsafe interactions with other animals, and choose routes that match your dog’s comfort level and energy. I also pay attention to behavior and health changes. Because I’m around throughout the day, I’m able to notice subtle shifts in appetite, energy, digestion, or mood and communicate quickly if anything seems off.
