Mary was such a great sitter for us! She made sure our pups were very happy and well taken care of! She was attentive to our specific pups needs with high anxiety/energy and was able to play fetch and be there for them! Would highly recommend her for your next booking!

Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. Mary just quit after being in my home for 7 hours, and LEFT MY BABIES ALONE. At 5pm., my son came by to pick up his motorcycle, we talked to her on the phone and via message, and she said no worries. Then 3 hours later she leaves and sent me a message saying she isn't coming back because she wasn't introduced to my son and he came over. He did not even go in the house. He knocked on the door and she saw him and the person that drove him over through the cameras, we spoke with her and she was fine with just letting him in the garage to get his motorcycle. That was it! They left. She said everything was fine. Then at 830, over 3 hours AFTER my son left, I get a message from Mary saying she is leaving and isn't coming back because "she was never introduced to my son", although my son was the one she had the phone numbers for in case she needed him to come by for anything! Rover tried to get a sitter, but we had ONE hour to find one that my son could introduce my dogs to, or we had to end our vacation and come home. By this time, it was midnight. We had to drive home almost 6 hours to get home to our babies and there was poop and pee all over the house from one of our dogs and all over and in my other dogs cage, from our babies being left alone in the house for over 10 hours. Apparently she didn't even let them out before she packed up and left! My babies were very stressed and anxious due to this. It took several hours for them to calm down. They are NOT left alone for more than a couple of hours. This is why I booked an in house sitter! We told her that! She knew where we were and to just leave without any concern for our babies was selfish, immature, and very unprofessional! We had the expenses of the vacation we DIDN'T get to use, had to leave over $700 worth of groceries at the cabin, drove 6 hours home with no sleep in the middle of the night, and besides the obsecene inconvenience of all of that, we now have the expenses of having the carpets cleaned, all due to her not wanting to complete her job! Mary may be ok to come in and check in on your babies...but she lacks the maturity to complete an in home job she was obligated to do. And on top of all of this Rover is CHARGING ME FOR THIS BOOKING! This was a complete nightmare of an experience!
