Hello! My name is Mary and I have had years of experience taking care, fostering, dog/house sitting, and owning dogs! My training experience began when my family adopted a goldendoodle puppy when I was 10. My experience grew in college when I began fostering and training puppies through 4 Paws for Ability! I stayed in the club all 4 years during my education at Xavier. I graduated back in 2021 and have been teaching locally since 2022. Currently, I have a 2 year old lab named Marley. She loves to hike, swim, and run, which keeps me fairly active. This got me to thinking about signing up to help some people throughout the summer with their own dogs! If you’d like me to bring Marley with for a play date, I think she would love that! Entirely up to you. I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)!

Safety, trust & environment
I would prefer to care for client’s pets in their own home, as I am hoping to move this summer! I am very reliable when it comes to taking care of your pet. As a dog owner myself, it is scary and nerve wracking leaving your pets with someone you may not know well! I can assure you that I will treat your pets as if they were my own! I also have experience babysitting kids with dogs and have never had an issue.

Mary is great with our dogs, they love her! She’s also reliable, punctual, and extremely kind and sweet. Any time she shows up, Tara and Lucy run around the house with excitement
Mary is great with dogs! She is kind, caring and compassionate. Whether your dog does best playing fetch in the back yard or they love to go on a long walk Mary is great. She has cared for many dogs including dogs from 4-Paws eventually going on to be trained for service dogs.

Schedule
I have a few vacations planned for the summer, so I decided to focus on 3 days a week being set aside to Rover. Monday-Wednesday is what I have put now but this can be flexible!
