My husband and I are retired empty nesters so we spend a lot of time at home. We do volunteer at times and “work” side gigs maybe 10 hrs a week.

I ask that clients fill out a survey so we can get to know their dogs needs and then be better equipped to do so adequately. We stay in communication with their families and send photos for their peace of mind. While here, your fur baby will be part of our family and will be treated as such. ❤️ 🐕 ❤️

Before sitting for a dog I would need copies of their updated shot record, and they would need their current rabies tag. I would also like to know if they've been spayed/neutered, if they get along with other pets, and what their eating & walking schedule is like. If they don’t get along with other animals, I can keep them separate from other visiting pets. I just like to know before hand so I can prepare accordingly.

Here's where we'll take our walks I live close to a few parks, all within a few blocks from me. We walk around the neighborhood or to the parks daily, sometimes a few times a day depending on the weather. If it's rainy or bad weather we play in the backyard for briefer periods of time. Your dog's sleeping arrangement I have a 2 bedroom home and dogs have slept pretty much wherever they please unless their family says otherwise. If they would like to play, we will be eager to okay with them, but I’d they want to rest or be left alone we will respect their wishes. It’s their vacation here while their family is away on theirs. Time I'll spend with your dog We spend all our time with the dogs since we mostly work from home. If toys are brought for them, they will get played with! We loved to play tug-o-war with the bigger dogs and fetch with a ball or a frisbee. Check out my photos and you will see some of what goes on here at Miss Mary's.

A loving family with a long dog ownership and dog rescue history have opened their home to care for your pet. We own our home in a peaceful neighborhood, many of whom own and love dogs as well. Our immediate neighbors both own and love dogs too! We are non-smokers. We walk the dogs 2-3 times a day on a leash. We have great references upon request and look forward to caring for your precious pet. We will care for them as if they were our very own! We've provided pet sitting services for over 20. We've owned our own pets for our entire lives. We love all of God's creatures, great and small. Meet my pets We currently have no pets. We used to have a house full of them (2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, a lop eared bunny, and 2 mice). However, they belonged to the children and when they moved out, their pets went with them. My husband was active in MinPin rescue and loves dogs immensely. We both come from a huge family of pet lovers. We are responsible and reliable. We look forward to earning your trust. Our baby, Roxy so enjoyed having Mary stay with her. Everything was great. Mary kept us well updated with pictures.
Great couple, convenient and common was perfect!
Otto stayed with Mary for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Mary sent photos every day, which made it clear that Otto was having a great time and had settled in nicely. It gave me real peace of mind to see him so comfortable and well cared for while I was away. I would absolutely recommend Mary and will definitely use her services again.
Mary and Marty did another fabulous job sitting my babies. Dixie and Boomer love going to their house and as usual came home exhausted (in a good way) from their adventure! Thanks Mary and Marty for loving on and spoiling my babies!
