Mary Serrano has been an excellent caregiver for not only my dog, but also my cat and bearded dragon. For our family's needs, we had her come to our house while we were on vacation to take care of our pets daily needs. She is very diligent and conscientious about her work. She would often stay longer than anticipated to give extra attention to our pets, making sure that they did not miss us too much while we were away. If anything seemed remotely out of place she would contact us immediately. She is kind, honest, and a true pet lover. I would not hesitate to use her again to take care of our pets and highly recommend her.

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time profession and my passion. I own and operate a full-time doggie daycare and boarding business (Doxie Day Care), so caring for dogs is part of my daily routine, seven days a week. Because this is my full-time job, I have a flexible schedule and am available 24/7 to provide attentive, reliable care. When I commit to caring for a client's pet, I take that responsibility seriously. I always communicate my schedule well in advance, keep clients informed, and pride myself on being dependable and trustworthy. My goal is to provide every pet with a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable and cared for, just like they would at home.

I tailor my care to each dog's individual needs and routine. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or mine, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My services include feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, bathing, and plenty of affection and attention. I am experienced in administering medications and have cared for senior dogs with special needs, including those who are blind, deaf, and even wheelchair-bound. I understand the patience, compassion, and extra care these dogs require. I offer drop-in visits for clients within my service area, and I also welcome dogs into my home for daycare and boarding. My goal is to provide a clean, safe, home-like environment where your pet will receive the same level of care and attention that I give my own.

A typical day
Keeping dogs happy, active, and engaged is one of my favorite parts of pet care! I make homemade doggie treats that my furry guests love, and every boarding dog enjoys daily enrichment activities designed to provide both fun and mental stimulation. Some of our themed activity days include Soccer Sunday, Beach Day Wednesday, and Fun Friday. During their stay, every dog also enjoys at least one Destination Pass adventure—a special themed activity complete with a tasty homemade treat. I'll send you photos of your dog's adventures so you can see all the fun they're having while you're away. My large, fenced outdoor spaces are designed with dogs in mind. They can cool off on splash pads, splash in doggie pools, explore tunnels, play on a slide, dig in the sandbox, or relax on doggie cots while soaking up the sunshine. For dogs who prefer a quieter experience, my spacious deck and fenced front porch provide the perfect place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the world go by. Whether your dog loves to play, explore, or simply lounge and be pampered, I'll make sure they have a safe, enriching, and enjoyable stay.
