Mary was great. She took good care of Luna and was friendly, communicative, and caring. Luna was happy and well taken care of, and my home was left in great condition. I’d definitely book her again!

Mary was great with my dogs. She shared pictures everyday.

We unfortunately had a negative experience with our first time using rover. We gave specific times that our 2 dogs need walking and for how long, when they need to be fed and how long they can be left alone. We also left notes for our cats and one of them required 3x daily eye drop and a pill while we were gone. Our dogs were given one 3 minute walk before 5 am and the sitter left without informing us that she planned to be gone for nearly 9 hours. The communication was very poor throughout the time that we had Mary at our house. We ended up cancelling the trip early and a relative had to drive 4 hours to be with our pets for the rest of the weekend. Mary returned to our house only after we had contacted Rover support because our messages were going unanswered and we knew that the dogs had not been let out and not fed in close to 9 hours. Thankfully we had cameras outside of our home that was informing us of the timing or else we would’ve had no idea.

Mary exceeded our expectations. We are new to the area and this was our first time using Rover. Mary was great with communication and attentive to the needs of our dogs. We felt comfortable leaving them in her care the entire time- looking forward to using Mary again in the future for our dog sitting needs. :)

Mary was very good with our boxer, Boo.
