I have experience working with dogs big and small — from shih tzus and chihuahuas, to dobermans and pit bulls. On top of caring for friends’ and family’s pets, I also have years of volunteer and work experience in the animal care field. I’ve worked with animals of all ages — newborn puppies and kittens, and senior animals receiving end of life care. I am comfortable administering any medication your animal may require. I am willing to go the distance to make animals happy and meet their owners’ expectations. Extra long walks/runs, playtime, enrichment, overnight care, training/obedience practice — you name it! When your pet is in my care, their health, safety, and happiness is my #1 priority.

While caring for pets in your home, you have all the power! I will follow any and all house rules and only do what you ask of me. I am willing to follow strict schedules and detailed instructions for your animals’ care. I know how scary it can be to leave your pet, and I will do whatever possible to make it an enjoyable experience for you and your baby!

Mary was an excellent caretaker for Star while I was away. Star adores her and when I came home she was a very relaxed and mellow kitty. Mary sent me pics and videos of Star, while I was away, and left a peaceful vibe in her wake. I will definitely hire her again.

Mary is great, as always! She left detailed notes of her stay with Rory, texted me pictures, and let me know of Rory having sensitivity with her dew claws (which she offered to clip the next time she comes). I know Rory is in good hands with Mary and that is the best feeling!
Mary has been a thoughtful and reliable dog sitter for us and our dog. It can be nerve wracking to leave a dog-reactive dog with someone but through my interactions and conversations with Mary I feel that I can trust her judgement and take care of my pup while I’m away. Mary leaves detailed notes about times for meals, walks, and potty times. My dog is always happy to see Mary and we will book with her again.

Caring for your critters is currently my full-time job! I am currently unable to take clients at my home, but am willing to come to you and care for your pets overnight as needed!
