Hi! My name is Mary, and I’m a dedicated animal professional with a lifelong passion for caretaking. I recently graduated with a degree in Animal Science, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Teaching (Agricultural Education). My experience is extensive and diverse; I have worked in veterinary clinics and on farms handling everything from livestock like cattle, pigs, and goats to domestic pets. As a proud owner of 5 cats, I understand that every animal has a unique personality and specific needs. Since I am currently focusing on my graduate studies from home, I can offer your "furry baby" constant attention and love throughout the day. For exercise and play, my apartment complex features a fenced-in dog park, and I have an open yard area for supervised, leashed potty breaks. Having pet-sat for teachers and friends for years, I pride myself on being reliable, observant, and capable of providing a safe, high-quality environment for your pets while they are in my hands.

Mary has been an amazing sitter! Our dog experienced some trauma as a puppy and is typically very timid and cautious around anyone outside of our immediate family. We were amazed at how comfortable she became with Mary. Not only did she have a great time during her stay, but she even snuggled up with Mary, something she rarely does to others. We also greatly appreciated Mary's excellent communication. She kept us updated every day on how our dog was doing and always let us know in advance if there were any changes to the plan. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our dog was in such caring and capable hands. Our dog was also clean, happy, and clearly well cared of when we picked her up. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely book with Mary again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate dog/cat sitter.
Mary did an amazing job taking care of my almost 3-month-old kitten, California, for a week! She sent me lots of photos and updates throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also very attentive to California’s spay healing, giving me regular updates on her recovery and making sure she was healing well. It was clear that she has a lot of experience with cats, kittens, and animals in general. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and loving with California, and cared for her as if she were her own kitten. Knowing California was in such caring hands made me feel completely at ease while I was away. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! The next time I need someone to watch California, she’ll be the first person I contact. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, experienced, and compassionate cat or kitten sitter!
I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Mary for my fur babies. Leaving your beloved pets can always bring a bit of anxiety, but Mary's warmth gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Communication was seamless, and coming home to happy, relaxed animals was the absolute best welcome back. We are very happy with how Simba was taken care by Mary. She sent regular updates and photos of how Simba is doing and he came back home happy ! Would absolutely love to go with Mary for our next boarding needs !
Mary was great with Goomba and very communicative throughout the stay. She sent regular updates and photos, and was very attentive while he adjusted. We really appreciated her patience in the beginning, and it was great to hear he started bonding and playing with Bucky. By the end, he was relaxed, eating normally, and clearly comfortable. Would definitely book with her again!
My baby came back so clean and smelled really good. Followed all the instructions I left, even tho my baby had a couple accidents she took care of it. Great communication making me feel safe being away. Will definitely be back if I need to leave town again.
