Thanks for visiting my profile! I've always loved animals of all shapes and sizes. We had two Hovawart pups growing up with two very different personalities: one was gregarious and social, the other mild-mannered and gentle. I've boarded medium-sized dogs for friends during college. I've also paid drop-in visits during lunch hours for two good boys for nearly a year: a Rottweiler and a pittie mix. I've also walked dogs as a five-star Wag! walker, many of which were dogs that I had never met before. I also have a great deal of cat experience: my cat Tushy (the white and gray cat in my gallery) lived with me her whole life for 19 full, loved years. I now own two Bengal cats (which are essentially cats on hard mode) which I have trained to walk on a leash and camp with me. I can't wait to meet your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
When I am in your home, I follow instructions laid out by the owner. Your pet is my friend and aim to bring joy and exercise to your dog. In my home, I allow dogs to hang out with me in my office while I work. I listen to their needs as they express them, and take them for walks, yard or park time, and feed as directed by the owner. Note: any dogs I board in my home must be good with cats. I own two Bengals that are friendly and playful with dogs.

Mary was fantastic with our cats while we were out of town for the weekend. We appreciated the meet and greet before our trip and how quick Mary was with communication. Even though we had little cell service, we knew our babies were in good hands. Mary is one of the sweetest cat sitters we’ve had and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Mary was great! She overnight sat for my cat for 12 days and was super communicative and sent lots of pictures! Roger really seemed to like her and I would definitely ask her to sit for me again!
Mary was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation before a long trip and Mary came to the rescue. She was able to come over for a meet and greet the next day and both dogs immediately wanted to be her best friend. We got tons of updates and and the entire sit went great. We didn’t have to worry at all about the pups. They had a great time with Mary When we got back the house was extremely clean. I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone she did an incredible job
We loved working with Mary! She took great care of our girl Poppy and of our house. She sent updates a few times a day with photos and made sure Poppy got her meds and cookies. Mary’s awesome and we’re looking forward to working with her again!

Schedule
I work full-time remote, so I can stop by for drop-in visits and walks on a flexible schedule. For house sitting, I am a tidy and unobtrusive guest and I will give your pet scritches for days and listen to their needs as they arise. For drop-in visits, I'll feed and water your pet, play with them, and/or take them for a brief walk if time allows. I'm also happy to spend more time with them by watching a movie or working from my computer if you would like a longer visit.
