Care from my Heart
I’ve had dogs in my life since 5 years old. It’s only been in the last few years that I haven't had a constant companion. I've had a broken heart since then having to have sent my beautiful, loving girl, Ruby, to be with her daddy in heaven. I have “puppy love” to generously give, just not yet ready to commit for myself. Allow me to care for your babies as I would my own.

Mary Lou was super. As I said in previous review, Joey has separation and anxiety issues, but Mary makes him comfortable and he feels at home with her. She genuinely cares for Joey as if he was her own pet. I believe she loves what she does and is an exceptional sitter. I would highly recommend her. We definitely will use her again. Thank you so much Mary Lou.
Mary Lou is absolutely fantastic! My 2 fur babies responded so well with her and felt right at home. I was nervous about one dog who howls non stop at strangers, but she didn’t howl at all which says A LOT! I received pics and videos of my pups loving life while in her care confirming they were being well taken care of. I just hope Mary Lou is willing to watch my active pups again in the future because I certainly plan to request her moving forward. Thanks again!

Schedule
Being retired as of January 2022, I will have flexible availability. We can discuss your needs regarding work schedules and vacation plans, as well as one-offs.

Safety, trust & environment
I enjoy taking pets on outings at dog-friendly establishments, such as patio restaurants, if they are friendly in those environments and riding in cars. At home, I have a fenced yard so safety is not an issue.
A typical day
I have a good size, fenced back yard your dog can have free roam/romp of! If walks are requested, please know that many of my neighbors also walk their dogs in the neighborhood at all hours of the day, so it will be expected to come across them during our walks. Additionally, there are many outdoor cats in my neighborhood that commonly lay in driveways, and they, too, will be a common site during our walks. Please take this into consideration before requesting walks.

- I do require a Meet and Greet prior to any new client boarding. We must, of course, ensure that your pet and I are a good fit, and that your pet will be comfortable in my home!! We can discuss special needs, sleeping arrangements, general habits, etc. during the Meet and Greet.
