Dogs come first in this house !!!
I am retired. I love dogs, and would be considered "Grandma's house." Don't mind them on the furniture. Or even in my bed. Since I lost my dog, I would love to give another plenty of loving. I have been doing this for over 8 years and I can't believe how much I love it. I not only care for your pet, but I give them lots of loving and attention, it's not just a job for me. It's truly rewarding. Dogs would NEED TO BE LESS THAN 25#. I have had my own dogs for over 50 years, and now just want to help others. I never boarded my dogs in a kennel while I was away, and want to offer the same opportunity to any one else that is interested. I have lots of love to give. I live in apartment, but it is more like a Condo, I have my own entrance and a nice little back yard and patio. I would gladly take 2 dogs at a time as long as they get along.. Seeing as I live alone, and have no pets, your dog will be my first concern and get all of my attention. I will, to the best of my ability stick to your schedule and habits for caring for you precious baby. Due to my apartment situation, I am unable to take the dogs for a walk, but do sit out in my nice little back yard with them.

Mary was amazing with Addi. Normally Addi is very shy & guarded but she loved Mary right away. I appreciated all the text message updates, photos & opportunity for a meet & greet before we left on our trip. I was comforted knowing Addi was in kind, loving hands. ❤️

Schedule
I am retired and very rarely leave the house when I have a dog. I schedule my appointments and social events when I don't have a dog. I have been off of Rover for over a year as I was taking private clients. I am now anxious to meet some new furry friends and take care of them for you.

Your Pup is my first concern, I try to stick to your schedule and habits as much as possible, I want the dogs for feel comfortable and at home here.
A typical day
My biggest asset would be to cuddle with them and give them lots of love. I don't mind if they go on the furniture or even sleep in my bed if the owner allows it. I will adhere to whatever restrictions that you want for you dog regarding: meal times, treats, potty breaks and play time. I want them to feel as much at home as possible. I have dealt with many senior dogs and understand their limitations.
