Mary Elle is wonderful. She took great care of my cat for 3 days. She was very easy to communicate with, answered any messages promptly. She followed all instructions and went above and beyond to keep Barney well cared for. Would definitely hire again!
Mary Elle was a lifesaver for me and my dog Bailey. I have a busy work schedule and Bailey is an energetic border collie who is very picky with her walkers/sitters, but Mary Elle was able to win her trust and made her feel safe. Mary Elle was amazing with Simba, my 11‑year‑old lab mix who struggles with separation anxiety. She was so good at reading his body language, keeping a calm environment, and sticking to his routine to make things less stressful while I was away. Knowing she understood his triggers and could comfort him without overwhelming him made me feel so much better leaving him on busy days and during travel. Simba adored her, and I trusted her with him completely.
