I live in a one bedroom apartment close to Riverside Park and the 105 dog run. Apartment does have stairs. Requests placed after 10pm will be answered the next morning.

Schedule
I work as an intellectual property paralegal Monday through Thursday in office and am studying for the February 2027 bar exam. My schedule has some flexibility, but I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends. I also volunteer for the Riverside Park Conservancy.
