For Home Visits (Client’s Home): • Follow all owner instructions precisely (feeding times, meds, play routines) • Security focus: Double-check doors/locks, never share keys or entry codes • Cleanliness: Scoop litter/freshen water immediately, clean food bowls after meals • Comfort: Spend quality time playing or cuddling (if pet seeks attention) • Documentation: Send photos + detailed updates after every visit For Overnight Stays (Client’s Home): • Maintain pet’s normal schedule (sleeping spots, meal times) • Home care included: Bring in mail, water plants, rotate lights for security • Emergency prep: Save vet contact + emergency instructions in my phone • No guests ever – your pet and home get my full attention Special Notes: • I transport pets in secured carriers only • Always contact beforehand to learn your pet’s quirks and home routines

Mary was a great sitter to our dog and cat while we were away. She sent us lots of pictures and cared for our girls. Our house was left in perfect condition when we returned. We would rebook with Mary again in the future!
I had a great experience with Mary for an overnight stay to care for my 9 year old puppy. She was excellent to communicate with, had prompt response time both at initial booking request as well as throughout the visit. Mary sent regular photo updates, and took my dog out for a lot of outdoor time in the short time she was caring for her. Additionally, she left my home exactly as I had left it. I would not hesitate to reach out to Mary again if ever I needed puppy care. :)
Mary was punctual, communicative, and followed all our directions carefully. One of our cats is still a bit stressed from our recent move, but she was patient and eventually won her over a bit. Don’t hesitate to book Mary! We appreciate Mary so much for our senior, senile old pup. It’s hard to leave a dog when they’re in their twilight years, but Mary is so patient, communicative and kind. I always feel so much better knowing that she’s keeping an eye on our pup and our home.
We recently had Mary look after our elderly pup Ricky, and I can’t recommend her enough! Our dog is quirky, senior, and needs a bit of extra patience and understanding — and Mary handled everything with such kindness and care. My husband and I moved to Midland last year and didn’t know anyone in the area who could look after Ricky, so finding Mary has been such a relief. She gave us total peace of mind while we were away, and we came home to a happy, calm dog and a tidy house. Mary has watched my golden retriever, Newton, multiple times and has been absolutely fantastic! Knowing Mary had a family dog of her own for 14+ years I knew she was someone I could trust. Mary knows what it takes to care for a pet and I can't think of anyone I'd trust more to watch Newton!
