I had a great experience with Mary for an overnight stay to care for my 9 year old puppy. She was excellent to communicate with, had prompt response time both at initial booking request as well as throughout the visit. Mary sent regular photo updates, and took my dog out for a lot of outdoor time in the short time she was caring for her. Additionally, she left my home exactly as I had left it. I would not hesitate to reach out to Mary again if ever I needed puppy care. :)
Mary was punctual, communicative, and followed all our directions carefully. One of our cats is still a bit stressed from our recent move, but she was patient and eventually won her over a bit.
