I have been a dog owner for over 50 years and understand first hand the importance and peace -of -mind that comes from having a trusted provider care for my pet when I am working or on vacation. I am an active senior and love having a dog to walk and for just plain old companionship. I have a Havanese/Shih Tzu (23 pounds) who is very sweet and good with other dogs. He likes to play and is even willing to share his bed with visiting dogs. Since I am retired I have a flexible schedule and live near a large city lake with a walking path.
