Active and Attentive Dog Care
I have years of personal experience with dogs—both big and small dogs! I’ve been watching dogs on and off for the last few years through Rover and friends. I’ve lived in Charlottesville for about five years. My husband and I have an Australian Sheperd named River who is very friendly with other dogs. We took some time off of Rover but we’re back! We want to start watching dogs again so River has a playmate and companion since he’s an only child. We will make your dog feel right at home whether it’s day care or overnight boarding. If this sounds like a good fit, we can schedule a meet and greet!

Mary and her Husband are so polite and were excellent with our 9 month old Aussie. Their dog River is very obedient, friendly, and great with ours dog. Definitely plan to book with them again!
Great care.
Our 8 month old puppy Koa stayed with Mary and Mark this past weekend and we are so grateful to have found such a safe and happy space for him to be! We were so nervous leaving our puppy for the first time overnight and they were so kind and made the whole process so seamless! We could see from the photos they sent while we were away that he was having a great time and loving being there which gave us so much peace of mind! So thankful!

Schedule
I work full time, however, I’m available for boarding overnight any night of the week, and day care on the weekends! We have an Australian Shepherd who loves other dogs so your dog will have a playmate!

I live in a townhome community so I don’t have a fenced yard but I’ll make sure your dog is on the leash anytime we walk outside. We can take a walk on the side walk, go to a nearby park, or a hiking trail!

A typical day
I’m active and I love the outdoors so I’ll take your dog on walks around the neighborhood, to my favorite local trails, or to the park to play! Even if we’re staying around the house, your dog will be given plenty of love and attention. They will also get play time with our dog!
