Hi! I’m Mary, a US expat now based in the UK, with more than 20 years of experience caring for animals of all kinds. I grew up with pets and have cared for dogs, cats, fish, birds, and even pigs over the years. I also worked professionally as a pet and house sitter in the US around 2017 and received wonderful reviews from clients at the time. I work remotely much of the time, which means your pets get plenty of company, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m naturally calm, tidy, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or simply keeping nervous pets relaxed in their normal routine. I love travel, quiet evenings, and being outdoors. I rarely drink and treat every home respectfully and carefully. Green thumb- happy to help with plants. Usually my (male) partner accompanies me on sits for safety reasons, particularly for longer stays. He is a professional and PhD candidate with a similarly laid back and caring personality. We are always happy to meet you ahead of time to ensure everyone knows each other and is comfortable (including the pets). ☺️ I know how important trust is when leaving your pets and home with someone, and I aim to make the experience feel easy, safe, and stress free for both owners and animals.
