Safety, trust & environment

My experience with pet care is strong and diverse. Growing up I was responsible to help care for multiple family dogs that included feeding, watering, walking, playtime, bathing, and grooming. Over the years I've periodically house/dog/cat sat for many family, friends, and others. I've volunteered at animal rescues and shelters where I gained more experience in various aspects of pet care and included unique events such as walking/handling dogs in local area parades to provide more exposure for adoption. I've fostered and adopted dogs, all rescues that were different sizes, breeds, personalities, and temperaments. 4+ years ago I fulfilled a long-time goal of providing pet care for clients on a full time basis! PLEASE NOTE: Rates for all services may be negotiated based on variables discussed in the Meet & Greet (i.e., acute medical conditions/special needs; more than 2 walks per day/dog park visits, etc.)

Mary is such a wonderful person to have in our home, caring for our pets. She is the most thoughtful pet sitter we have ever had. We felt comfortable and confident leaving her with our pets and our home.

Mary was wonderful to work with. She was super communicative before and during the stay, and she sent us lots of pictures, which we really enjoyed. She also left the house cleaner than when she arrived 😆We look forward to working with her again!

Mary was responsible for our house and our two dogs for a week while we enjoyed warm temperatures in Arizona. She is always on time, the house is always clean when we return (she even washed the sheets and remade the bed she slept in!) and most important, our dogs are relaxed and happy when we return. She takes them both for daily walks and throws the tennis ball for our younger boy. And sends us pictures every day. I don't know how I could recommend her more highly!

Mary took excellent care of our kitty and was a proactive communicator through the whole process. We enjoyed the daily pictures and updates from her visits. She was thorough and professional with her questions, asking things we hadn't thought of. She offered to water plants and check mail although we didn't need it this time. It was great to come home to a calm, happy cat who had been waited on like the little majesty he knows he is. We're fortunate to have had a friend recommend Mary to us. Thank you Mary!
