I have been an animal lover my whole life. I currently own an elderly cat and dog. My cat passed away recently (December 2017) at the age of 20. My dog passed away in 2018, and she was close to 16 years old! This shows I am doing something right with my pets. We now have an Australian Shepherd, Sidni. I have a large backyard that is great for running around with a dog, on a leash of course. I have a large play area downstairs that is great for pets to have some freedom to roam around. I also had a dog growing up and she lived to be 15 years old. I have taken care of my neighbors dogs by stopping over to feed and take them potty. My kids also love animals and they are very gentle and kind to them.

Mary has watched our puppy Oreo on several occasions. She is great at communicating and sending pictures of Oreo throughout her stay. Oreo is only a 7 pound Havanese and does great with both Mary’s dog and cat. Oreo now knows Mary and gets excited as soon as we get out of the car. Obviously that’s a sign she is excited to be there and let’s me know that she likes to be there! Thanks Mary for watching Oreo for us when we travel and can’t take her with us.
Mary and her family took excellent care of our dog, KC. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone considering this service.
This was my first time using Rover.com so I was a little nervous. However after meeting Mary P I could tell she and her family are animal lovers. Buddy came home tired from playing with her kids and taking so many walks in the yard, but he loves to play and his happy tail was wagging! I’ll definitely book with Mary again. Buddy gives her 5 ?????!

Mary watched my puppy (12 weeks old) all day on Saturday. My puppy is pretty rambunctious and I haven't had a puppy for 20 years so I was wondering how it would all go...it's a lot to ask of a sitter. My puppy (for once) was ready for a nap when I got her home. It was such a relief to have a loving family watch my pup as I had a long shift that day and didn't know what I was going to do with her. I was actually feeling bad leaving all that energy with a sitter but I think my pup misses all the attention she received. I HIGHLY recommend Mary!!!!!!
