I totally recommend Mary! She was amazing!! She definitely knows what she’s doing, and you can tell she has such love for animals. It was so reassuring knowing that someone who has such a big heart for animals was there for my dog. And my dog loved her! She was super reliable and communicated well. She was aware that she was new to Ed, and let Ed warm up to her before getting him to play. She was able to read what my dog needed when it came to getting to know him and getting him comfortable with her. I explained his normal routine and what he was use too, and she did exactly that. It was so awesome knowing that she was there giving my dog some love when I was away. Coming home from work you could tell he played hard cause he was sleeping and didn’t even need to go outside when I went to open the door for him. I will definitely be rebooking Mary in the future.

This was my first time booking with Mary and she was awesome with my puppers. She let me know when she was on her way and kept in contact with me when she was there. 100/10 recommend her for your future needs.

I was very disappointed with Mary's service and would not recommend her. She has many positive reviews, which was one of the main reasons I booked her, so I feel it is important to share my experience with other potential clients. The most serious issue was a significant safety incident. While preparing my cats' food, Mary accidentally turned on my gas stove burners by leaning against the controls while taking food out of the microwave. Before leaving that visit, she noticed a burnt smell but did not investigate further. The gas remained on until her next scheduled visit, meaning my cats and home were exposed to leaking gas for approximately 24 hours. When she returned the following day, she told me she had noticed a burnt smell and had turned the stove knobs off. After reviewing my security camera footage, I was able to determine that the burner had been accidentally switched on the previous day when she leaned against the stove. I contacted Mary to let her know what I had found, and she then acknowledged that she had accidentally hit one of the stove knobs. I understand that accidents can happen to anyone, but I was very concerned by how the situation unfolded and by the fact that she did not initially realize the source of the smell. There were also several other concerns during the booking. Despite being asked multiple times, Mary did not consistently follow my request to remove her shoes inside the house. I also specifically requested that she spend time playing with my cats during each visit. The first time she explained they were still getting used to her, which I understood, but after that she did not play with them and did not provide a resonable explanation. After reviewing the camera footage, I also noticed that she appeared to be on her phone for nearly the entire duration of her visits. In my opinion, this may have contributed to her being less attentive to her surroundings and to my pets. Ultimately, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my cats in her care and had to arrange a replacement sitter at the last minute. Thankfully, my cats and my home were not harmed, but the outcome could have been much worse. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mary's services.

Mary was a great sitter! She kept us updated during severe weather alerts while we were out of town and I never felt stressed about Nova or our kitty while we were away. She’s a great communicator and Nova seemed happy as well when we returned. Will def use her again in the future!!

Mary was absolutely amazing! We needed last-minute drop-in visits for our dog while our daughter was in the hospital, and she stepped in without hesitation. During such a stressful time, it was such a relief knowing our dog was in caring and dependable hands. She kept us updated with messages and photos, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure our pup was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Her kindness, reliability, and compassion meant so much to our family when we needed it most. We are incredibly grateful for everything Mary did and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets🐾

Mary did such a fantastic job and is an incredible sitter! We were gone for about 11 days straight and Mary came over 4 times a day without any issue. We ended up having some travel problems where we couldn’t make it home in time but she went above and beyond to adjust her schedule and spend extra time with our pup to ensure he was taken care of! She is great at communicating and seems to genuinely care about her job! She is definitely someone you want taking care of your pet and I recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter!
