I’ve had pets almost my entire life and can’t imagine a home without at least 20 extra legs romping around! I love caring for pets of all kinds—dogs and cats, whether they’re easygoing or have extra needs. I’m calm, attentive, and tuned in to their routines, comfort, and subtle cues. I also have experience with more complex situations, like fostering pregnant dogs (including one on strict bed rest with a broken leg) and supporting her and her puppies through pneumonia. I’ve provided breathing treatments, assisted with chest therapy, bottle-fed sick puppies, and administered medications when needed. Beyond that, I’ve raised puppies with and without their moms, hospice-fostered senior dogs, regularly dog- and cat-sat for friends, and fostered kittens and cats. I treat every pet as if they were my own, so you can trust they’ll be safe, happy, and truly cared for.

Easiest 5 stars because Mary is so wonderful! She took such great care of our guy Reggie while we were away on our week long family vacation. We've only ever left our pets with family so this was a first for us and Mary felt like family. She was so attentive to keep us updated daily on how Reggie was doing, sent us pictures of him lounging, videos of him playing, and showing how loved and cared for he was while we were away. It was such a relief to know he was in the best of hands with her family and pets. Mary's communication took away any anxiety we had about leaving our pup. We wanted to establish Reggie's home away from home, and if Mary agrees, I think we have found it!
Mary was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and first time leaving my pup with a stranger. Mary made the whole experience amazing.
Mary and her loving family welcomed Luna into their home. Her pet friendly home had plenty of space inside and out for Luna to roam. She accommodated Lunas anxieties and needs. She was flexible with our schedule changes, sent daily updates and provided excellent customer service. We know Luna enjoyed her stay and look forward to having Mary watch her again in the future. We highly recommend her boarding service.
Mary was absolutely amazing. My dog is a very high anxious little guy. She made him feel safe and so loved. She would send videos and pictures. I highly recommend Mary!
Very happy to say that my puppy loved her stay with Mary. Mary was very good at given me updates and made me feel comfortable with leaving my puppy in her care. Schedule
Pet care is already woven into my daily life. I currently have two cats and three dogs, so feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and engagement are a consistent part of my routine. I’m home regularly throughout the day to provide meals, companionship, and attentive care, rather than fitting pets in around long absences. Because my household already revolves around animal care, welcoming additional pets into my space doesn’t disrupt my routine—it simply means adding more friends to it. I’m thoughtful about maintaining structure, ensuring everyone gets individual attention, and keeping the environment calm, safe, and comfortable. Your pet will be cared for as part of a well-established, loving routine, not treated like an afterthought.

I tailor care to each pet’s individual needs and preferences to create a calm, low-stress environment. I’m attentive and proactive about supervision, and if any concerns arise, pets are calmly and safely separated. I have experience managing mixed households and ensuring all animals have their own safe spaces. My home includes a fully fenced, secure backyard that is always closed and locked for safe outdoor time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I closely follow their routines to maintain comfort and consistency. Above all, my priority is that every pet feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active and entertained! Depending on your dog’s energy level and preferences, we can enjoy walks around our great neighborhood, play fetch or tug-of-war with our collection of toys, or let them splash around in the kiddy pool on warm days. My spacious backyard is perfect for running around and burning off energy. If your pup is social, they’ll have the chance to play with my three friendly dogs who love making new friends. For dogs who prefer one-on-one attention, I’m happy to provide separate playtime and lots of individual cuddles. I always match activities to each dog’s personality and comfort level to make sure they have the best time possible!
