Animals have always been a big part of my life — I grew up with two dogs, as well as hamsters and fish, so caring for pets has always felt natural to me. When visiting family in the countryside, I was the go-to person for looking after their cats, and I’ve loved it ever since. I now share my home with two very different (and very loved!) cats — Ghostie (8), who’s a laid-back cuddle expert and has needed extra care due to past medical issues, and Shadow (6), who keeps things interesting with his playful, cheeky personality. Thanks to them, I’m comfortable with everything from relaxed lap cats to energetic little troublemakers. I’ve also looked after my neighbour’s cats regularly over the years, so I understand how important it is to keep pets feeling safe, loved, and in their routine while their owners are away. Alongside pet care, I’m happy to help with the little things that give you peace of mind — bringing in post, taking bins out, and generally keeping an eye on your home while you’re away. Each visit typically lasts around an hour, giving your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care rather than just a quick check-in.
