Previous dog owner ready to keep company for dogs!
My family had a dog (german shorthaired pointer) for 12 years who sadly passed away 2 years ago. This whole summer, I took care of my brother’s adorable rescue dog Ozzy (white-haired in pictures) and enjoyed it so much. I have been living abroad for over 5 years and my circumstances do not yet allow me to have a dog myself, but I truly missed spending time with dogs. I came to Stockholm for studies and now work, and I hope to help others with their pets during my free time. I have experience taking care of young adult and senior dogs, but I equally would happily play with puppies. Fun fact: my dream dog is a dachshund and I go crazy for them (there are so many in Stockholm)!

Martyna is so great! My dog is always very happy to meet her and her boyfriend. She knows dog well, she is patient, and she is a good photographer of taking dog pictures.

Schedule
During weekdays, I work at a lab with some days of work at home, but I am most flexible and can take care of pets during weekends. My boyfriend (who is also a big dog lover) works from home and would be more than happy to help during longer pet stays.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a studio apartment with my boyfriend, the area of Hammarby Sjöstad is calm and has many walking paths perfect for long walks with a dog. I can easily accommodate the pet's needs: take his bed from the owner, get toys, give enough exercise and ensure silence (no music in the flat) if needed.
A typical day
There’s a beautiful waterfront and a forest path very close to my apartment (around Luma) where I could take pets for playing and walking! If a dog is very active, I can take them on a hike or a run with me!
