Marty was so good with our little guy! I would highly recommend her to others looking for a sitter. My 13-year old dog had never stayed overnight with anyone but family before and he is usually skittish in new places, so I was nervous to leave him. I’m so glad we found Marty for our weekend away. She calmed my nerves immediately during our visit with her knowledge and care for older pets. She made sure Tobey felt right at home and sent us pictures so we’d know he was happy and snuggled up on the couch. I would definitely board Tobey with Marty again.

Marty was outstanding with our small senior dog. Could not have asked for anything else. Zola was loved and well cared for. Have never left her with anyone other than family so we were very nervous. Marty just welcomed her right into her home. If we ever need again Marty will be my go to!

Schedule
I am retired and recently lost my dog companion, Vana. She was a show Champion, Canine Good Citizen and therapy dog. I welcome your pets to add life back into my empty home.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not crate unless requested, so I only accept well-behaved dogs. Potty breaks are frequent, and short walks around my condo complex are the norm. Pets sleep on my bed with me if they prefer. My house is very pet-friendly.
A typical day
I love to help stimulate an animal's curious nature with games and walks. Hide and seek is always a hit, and helps the pets warm to me quickly. I converse with pets on a regular basis, even though they rarely answer.
