Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced backyard where pets can roam freely if specifically requested. Otherwise, they will be kept indoors in the family room/den, a large open space with a television and a sofa. While pets will be taken outside to potty, they will be supervised at all times. If you prefer, pets can roam around the designated indoor area, or they can be kept in a crate that you bring with you or use one of the crates I have available. The indoor space is comfortable, equipped with a mini split unit that allows for temperature adjustments to ensure the pets are warm or cool as needed. The extra furniture in the photos is decorative; when dogs are present, only the sofa and TV remain in the room. Sofa covers are available if the dogs want to sleep or rest on the sofa. The backyard includes a pool, which pets might enjoy if they like swimming. If not, they will stay indoors and away from the pool. Fresh drinking water will be available at all times. Pet food should generally be provided by the owner per Rover's standards. I will supervise dogs when they go outside to potty.

Information martin L. would like to know about your pet
To ensure the pets’ comfort and safety, it’s important to gather specific details ahead of time. This includes their regular diet, any allergies, and feeding schedule, as well as any medications, medical conditions, or special care requirements. Knowing their behavioral preferences, including likes, dislikes, and socialization habits, will help tailor their experience. Understanding their exercise needs and typical routine, along with their potty habits and signals, ensures they get appropriate care. Additionally, having their comfort items, such as special toys or bedding, and being aware of any training commands they respond to will help provide the best possible care and make them feel at ease during their stay.
A typical day
During their stay, pets can enjoy a range of fun activities. They can run around and play in the fenced backyard, and have leisurely potty breaks. Whatever you’re comfortable with, I’m comfortable with as well and can facilitate. After playtime, they can relax on the sofa in the family room/den, where they’re welcome to unwind comfortably. Pets will have opportunities for exploration inside the house and can socialize with other friendly pets, if applicable. Additionally, they will have access to safe chew toys and treats to keep them entertained and happy throughout their stay.

Pet care experience
10 years of pet care experience, I specialize in providing personalized and attentive care for dogs (at this time I'm only accepting small dogs) My calm demeanor and love for animals ensure a safe and happy environment for your pets. I have a confined large family room where the pets can roam around freely unless you, as the pet owner, have concerns about your pet not getting along with other pets, they can be kept inside a crate. I may have up to 4 small dogs from different owners and if there is a safety concern, I will be present at all times and address the situation by separating them and placing them in crates.
Reviews
I used to work for a shelter in Corona and Norco and Martin had a heart of gold as he would always take dogs in to foster them. It's great to know that there are people out there who genuinely care. Some people just want to profit off pets by breeding them which I have strong feelings about but it was refreshing to see Martin take pets. The relationship the shelter had with Martin was so good that we would just call him and ask if he was able to accept one more as a foster which he always did. I think the longest he had a dog before we found them a home was a little over one year. He takes great care of pets and stays on top of their annual shots. He is from my understanding a vegetarian or vegan and so he cares about the food he gives his dogs. I remember him telling me he bought an industrial size meat grinder because he had the dogs he had at the moment on a raw meat diet and he would use it to grind the meat. He is really thoughtful. Sorry for the typos.
